How it works…
The more body fat you have the worse your circulation is. Without circulation to certain areas the body is unable to burn that fat. When there is a lack of blood flow to an area, there is also little or no heat. These areas are known as “cold spots”. When heat is taken away from a part of the body it begins to cool and the fat then turns from subcutaneous fat into cellulite. Subcutaneous fat is soft and easy to lose. Cellulite is hardened fat that is much harder to lose.

The FIT applies heat to the body that gets underneath the fat tissue & also thins the blood allowing it to get to the areas where the fat tissue exists. Bringing blood flow back to these areas will cause the metabolism rates to rise.

When we consume more calories than we burn, those calories turn into fat. The FIT reverses this process by heating the “cold spots,” and the fat tissue is softened and it begins to break up and is released back into the blood stream in the form of calories to be burned as energy. The FIT Body wrap also increases the core temperature of the body. This causes the body to tell your 2.3 million sweat glands to start producing sweat. These sweat glands do not work for free, but require calories to do all that work.
