• This vacation certificate entitles the buyer or recipient to 4 days and 3 nights accommodations in Daytona Beach, FL, in a standard hotel room such as Oceanside Inn or comparable accommodations. Resort and room assignments will be completed upon receipt of your date request submission and are based on space availability.
• You may travel at any time of the year based on The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC room allotments. All reservations are based on space availability and are not available during special events weeks which include Bike week, February Nascar race week, BCR spring break, July Nascar race week, Biketoberfest and Turkey Rod Run. Holidays have limited availability, but may be available for an additional fee.
• This vacation certificate is valid for married or cohabitating couples, who must be traveling together and 25 years of age or older, have an a combined annual income of at least $50,000, and possess a valid major credit card (Checkbooks, check cards and debit cards are not valid). for a fully refundable reservation room deposit. There is an added cost per day for extra guest and children. Additional room nights and upgrades are available at special discounted rates. A $50.00 fully refundable reservation room guarantee deposit, via credit card, is required at the time of submitting your date request and is refunded after travel.
• Please complete your reservation within 30 days of purchase and travel must be completed within 12 months. Not open to Volusia County, FL residents, certificate is not valid for full-time students, group travel (Description: group travel is two or more parties that know each other traveling to the same resort on the same dates using more than one voucher, regardless if the vouchers were purchased  separately) or persons attending a convention.
• We will e-mail you a hotel confirmation once your accommodations are confirmed. We recommend that you do not make air or car rental reservations until your stay is confirmed for the dates of your choice. You will receive e-mail confirmation within 4-7 days of receipt of your reservation request.
• We will accommodate any reasonable request related to your accommodations. Sorry, pets are not allowed at this time.
• This vacation certificate is valid only for your hotel accommodations. It does not include transportation, food, beverages, taxes, portage, gratuities, service charges, or incidental expenses.
• This vacation certificate is not redeemable for cash or any other consideration. Two or more vacation certificates cannot be used for group travel. Certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other travel certificate or resort discount code. Travelers limited to one vacation certificate from The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC per destination per year.
• This vacation certificate is fully transferable, should you wish to use it as a gift, subject to all terms and conditions.
• The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and / or for any other circumstance beyond our control that may cause a the destination to become unavailable. In the event that such a circumstance occurs, The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC will offer a substitute destination.
• To receive your refundable deposit, submit your completed “validation form” to The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach, LLC, PO Box 7154, Daytona Beach, FL, 32116 within 30 days of completing your travel. Once we receive your validation form, refund or credit for deposit will be issued.
• This vacation certificate is valid for twelve (12) months from date of purchase. This vacation certificate may be extended and subject to destination charges.
• This contract is for the purchase of a vacation certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumer’s right to cancel under section 559.933, Florida Statues. No purchaser should rely on any representations other than those in this contract.

FAQ’s Details of Participation / Making your Reservations Q:  Some friends and I purchased the same vacation certificate.  Can we travel together? A: Your vacation certificate is not valid for full-time students, group travel or persons attending a convention. A group is considered two or more families or associates traveling together or meeting at the same resort on the same arrival date.

Q:  Can I give this certificate to a friend or family member as a gift? A:  Your vacation certificate is transferable as long as the transferee meets all of the qualifications detailed below. Your vacation certificate is valid for U.S. or Canadian residents only. Volusia County, FL residents may not participate in this offer.

Q:  How far in advance do I need to request travel dates? A:  Reservations should be made 30 days in advance of your intended arrival date. Due to normal reservation patterns, availability will be more limited on weekends, peak travel times and holiday periods, though you may request any date desired.

Q:  What happens after I submit my travel date request? A:  Upon receipt and processing of your desired travel dates, we will respond via telephone or e-mail within 3 business days either informing you that your dates are available or that there is no availability for your desired dates and will work with you to schedule available travel dates.  If your dates are available, we will send you a confirmation via postal or e-mail.

Q:  Is there a deposit required to hold my accommodations? A:  Yes. A $50.00 fully refundable room guarantee deposit is required to hold your accommodations under your name. Upon booking we will collect your credit card information and the deposit will be run upon confirmation of your requested travel dates. Your confirmation letter is then emailed or mailed to you based upon your desired method collected during the booking process. A refund validation form will be included. We ask that you print and bring your refund validation form with you and present upon check-in at our Welcome Center, where it will be signed by an authorized Welcome Center Representative. You can mail, fax or email the completed form to us, your refund will be issued to your credit card within 7 days of receipt of the completed refund validation form.

Q:  Why doesn’t the hotel itself have my reservation? A:  The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach has room blocks reserved under the name of The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach. Upon confirmation, we assign your name to one of our available accommodations, but we do not list your name on the reservation until you check-in at our Welcome Center. Upon check-in at our Welcome Center we will issue you an official voucher to present to the hotel upon check-in. While the accommodations are guaranteed to The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach and we only issue confirmations based on our available room blocks, the hotel will not have your name until you present the Voucher at hotel check-in.

Q:  What if I need to cancel or re-schedule my travel dates? A:  If you have made reservations and must reschedule for any reason, a $25 change fee may apply. To reschedule your reservation, you must contact us as least two (2) weeks in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Travelers with confirmed reservations who fail to check-in on their reservation date or fail to reschedule at least two (2) weeks in advance of their arrival date shall forfeit their use of this certificate and any refundable room guarantee deposit will be forfeited.

Q:  What are the charges for additional guests? A:  Children 0-17:   $5 per child per night Adults 18 and up:   $10 per adult per night 5th person in the room:  $10 per night regardless of age

Q:  What are the charges for additional room nights? $80 per night includes 4 people 5th person in the room $10 per night regardless of age.

Q:  Why do we check-in at a Welcome Center before hotel check-in? A:  Upon arrival, we issue you the hotel voucher that you present to the front desk of the hotel upon check-in. The hotels have guaranteed us room allocations under the name of The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach because we have volume-based Agreements in place with the hotels listed in this offer.

Additionally, The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach may offer you upgrades (when available) and/or other bonuses in exchange for 90-120 minutes of your time to attend a vacation ownership or club presentation. As part of this special offer, you are NOT in anyway required to attend any available presentations and you will not be pressured to do so. However, we do find that many of our travelers are happy to exchange their time for added bonuses and upgrades, and some of those travelers choose to purchase travel offerings, which allows us to continue offering special rates and advertising via special offers such as this.

The Welcome Center of Daytona Beach reserves the right to substitute promotional items of equal or greater value. This offer is void where prohibited by law where applicable licensing requirements have not been met, including the state of Florida.
