After a positive experience with People Inc. concerning a family member, WebArt Designs owner Jim Breidenstein wanted to find a way to help bring attention and hopefully raise a money for this worthwhile organization. After exploring the possible supporters, resources and talents available, it was decided that some type of festival could be effective and fun! Since chicken wings and pizza were already celebrated year round in Buffalo, the idea of a Chili Fest was born!
