Churra's is a traditional Brazilian "Churrascaria." Churrasco is the Brazilian cooking style to prepare meat.  The different cuts, the sea salt seasoning, the way the meat is placed on the skewer make Churra's a unique experience.  Churrasco which translates roughly from the Portuguese for barbecue, it owes its origins to the fireside roasts of the gauchos of southern Brazil, traditionally from the Pampas region, centuries ago.

The Churra's proposal is simple: High quality meat, fresh food & salsd buffet for a "very" reasonable price.  The combination of Brazilian style food and the American fast food service join to make the best of both sides of the hemisphere.

FOOD & SALAD BUFFET

Hot Items (varies every day): rice, beans (Brazilian country style), yucca root (friend & boiled), fried plantain bananas, corn on the cob, fries, tilapia with capers, veggies in butter, pot roast, polenta, ravioli, spaghetti & more

Salad (varies every day): potato salad, pasta salad, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, tropical salad, cucumber, beets, onion salad & more

The buffet experience is always fresh and new.  It is prepared with care and very light seasoning.  The Brazilian style of cookuing is very healthy, a lot of roots, grains, veggies and fruits that are low in fat, low in cholesterol and very energizing.
