Once a week for five weeks, your child will receive an all adult instructor led class learning fun skills such as jumping, galloping, and skipping to round off's and back hand springs. Flip Zone has a total of five age groups, ranging from 16 months old to high school aged students. Gymnastics is the perfect strength and coordination builder for all children, especially those involved in other sports.
Their qualified instructors teach because they love the sport and kids. At Flip Zone, your child will have the same instructor the whole semester. They feel this is important because the instructor learns the best way to work with your child and knows their skill level. Monthly meetings and quarterly trainings keep instructors current on the latest skills and techniques. This is important because each child will learn a skill differently and have different problems.
