They also welcome larger parties up to 80 guests upon request. They feature a traditional bistro-style bar, serving a selection of fine French and American wines and Champagnes by the glass or bottle, and a full liquor bar for cocktails.
La Cuisine offers a fully loaded authentic French menu. In line with the traditional French way of cooking, our dishes are made of carefully selected high quality fresh products, prepared in-house from scratch and cooked to perfection by our Chefs Patrice Perron and Chad Karp.

- La Cuisine Vegan Tamale --Traditional corn tamale stuffed with julienne turnip, carrot & zucchini seasoned with thyme, garlic & cilantro, served with pasilla pepper salsa, thinly sliced avocado & rice
- Duck a l’Orange--Two duck thighs cooked in a zesty orange sauce
- Pork Jarret in Honey--Honey-coated pork shank seasoned with provençal herbs--& fresh thyme served in a sweet & savory sauce
- Bourguignon Beef--Beef stewed in a red wine sauce with carrots & pearl onions
- Sea Bass in Mango-Ginger Chutney--Pan-seared sea bass served on a bed of mango, ginger and bell peppers chutney
